Pricing for renting our venues is dependent on your venue needs, date, time, staffing/technical needs and type of event.

We can host a wide variety of events including:

  • Corporate Events such as dinners, cocktail parties, holiday parties, auctions, fundraisers and more
  • Wedding ceremonies and receptions
  • Birthdays
  • Concerts
  • Large receptions
  • Film screenings
  • Luncheons
  • Sit down dinners

Your vision will get brought to life by our in-house production team, event specialists, and vendors.

Services that can be brought in:

  • Entertainment: No matter how production heavy your event is, we have great service providers that can meet your every need.
  • Party Rentals (linens, glassware, tables, chairs, etc.): We carry a lot of our own equipment and have several preferred providers we can recommend for your party rental needs. We can set up a meeting for you once you book your date to discuss your vision.
  • Catering: Over 50 different caterers have worked in Fox Venues over the past few years. We are happy to recommend caterers that meet your budget and event needs.

Services that are exclusive to our in-house team:

  • Bar and Alcohol Services: We have an in-house team for all your alcohol and bar needs. Our Bar Manager will work with you to create the right bar package for your event.
  • Engineering: We have highly trained in-house sound and lighting engineers for your production needs. Due to the high value of our sound and lighting equipment, renters must utilize our engineers if our sound and lights are involved in your production. Permission to operate our sound counsel may be given to an experience professional only.

  • Ticket Takers & Ushers
